To place an order, scroll down to the form below, download the team roster file and populate it with your player names and numbers. Then fill in the necessary information and upload the file with the “choose file” button.
No payment is required when placing your order. Once your order is submitted you will receive a copy of the sales order – so you can review all details and confirm pricing – along with an art proof.
Your invoice will then be mailed/emailed to you when the product ships, and you can pay via check or any major credit card.
Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 days. However, rush orders can be filled. If you need to place a rush order please be sure to enter your “in-hands” date at the bottom the form below. Or, if you would like, you can place your order over the phone to ensure your event date can be met.
Our “one size fits all” mounting system works in place of, or on top of any existing mounting system or wall plate. You’re no longer confined to the size, shape, or thickness of your current mounting system. Get a little creative with your new tags. Adds +$2.50 per locker tag.

Yes, we make custom locker tags for high schools, colleges, professional teams, businesses, clubs and clubhouses, and for every sport inside of each (football, basketball, baseball, hockey, softball, volleyball, lacrosse, cheerleading, band, and tennis).
Don’t laugh at the question. We actually get it a lot. They are sometimes referred to as locker name tags, nameplates (or locker name plates), locker signs, or even locker magnets. They can be mounted a number of different ways – whether it’s with a slide-in bracket, double-sided tape, velcro, magnets, and glue.
Your locker tags, or nameplates, can be designed to incorporate a number of different creative aspects. We take several things into consideration when starting the process – those are: Substrate (plastic, aluminum, etc.), Shape, Finish (gloss or matte), Texture (metal tags), and the overall design or feel of the tag (i.e. does the customer want the simple or complex and edgy). We’ll work with you and show you examples of other locker tags we’ve created to get you headed down the right path. Whatever you decide, we never charge for our design assistance, nor do we charge for custom cut locker tags or for full color print. On the flipside, if you’d like to design your own locker tags we can make almost anything you dream up.
